Please note, these offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or special promotion. Surfanic reserve the right to change this offer or pricing at any time and without prior notice. Free Next Day Delivery is available on all orders over £150. Free delivery is sent using a courier and may require a signature. Discount codes exclude Tog24, Saltrock and Hitec.

We are unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and the address exactly as it appears on the card statement.

Payment Card Security

We use Natwest Tyl Payment Provider to give added security for you when making a purchase. We do not hold your credit card details in any form whatsoever. Any other personal details you provide are encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer) security with 128bit encryption to ensure that your details remain secure.

Information gathered as a result of your visit, or placing an order on this site, will not be divulged to any third party except for purposes of delivering goods.

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases.

Contract

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that we have accepted your order (the Acceptance Confirmation) The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Acceptance Confirmation.

The Contract will relate only to those Products we have confirmed in the Acceptance Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the acceptance of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Acceptance Confirmation.

Any drawings, photographs, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any photographs, descriptions or illustrations contained on our site, are issued or published solely to provide you with an approximate idea of the Products they describe. They do not form part of the Contract between you and us or any other contract between you and use for the sale of the Products.

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

Discounts and Offers

Saving money is a good thing. Please remember that applied promotion codes/discount codes, cannot be used retrospectively on orders and may not be redeemed for cash. Some discounts may only be applied to sale-priced items (regular-priced items may be excluded) or vice versa.

Only one promotion can be applied per order. The last code you enter will be the one that gets applied. Double discounts are not permitted on this site. If a double discount is applied we will contact you regarding this and refund the order.

Shipping and Deliveries

Shoreditch Design Ltd. aims to deliver all items within an acceptable timeframe. However, there may be circumstances beyond Shoreditch Design Ltd. reasonable control which may cause delay. In such circumstances Shoreditch Design Ltd. will endeavour to deliver the goods as quickly as possible or resend the goods if they are declared lost in the post.

Any order placed after 2.00pm may not be shipped until the next working day. Any orders placed after 2.00pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Please note Shoreditch Design Ltd. classify a working day as Monday-Friday 9.00am-5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Deliveries may require a signature on arrival.

If your parcel does not arrive within an acceptable time frame please contact us at customer.services@surfanic.com. Our site is only intended for use by people resident in the United Kingdom and we therefore reserve the right to not accept orders from individual's resident elsewhere.

Roller Bag deliveries - Due to the size of these bags, deliveries can take 2 to 3 working days. Tracking is not always available however if you log into your account you can see when the order was despatched.  You can also call our customer support team on 01702 560220.

Tog24 Products - In order to be able to offer the best range of products available, some goods may need to be despatched from a second warehouse facility. As of 1st August 2015, all Tog24 products will now be shipped from Tog24's warehouse directly. Deliveries made from Tog24 will still be despatched using the method selected at the checkout, but will arrive in a separate delivery to any other items ordered.

Liability

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

  1. strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
  2. civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
  3. fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
  4. impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
  5. impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
  6. the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Tax Charges

All adult garments have 20% VAT included in the prices quoted. Childrens garments have 0% VAT included in the prices quoted.

UK Returns Policy

Shoreditch Design Ltd is confident that you will be very happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.

You can generate a Royal Mail pre paid label by following the steps below. Simply click the link below to be taken directly to the Tracked Returns portal. This service offers full tracking and therefore please ensure to ask for a receipt as it will contain your proof of postage along with your tracking number.

It is with regret that we are unable to offer a Free Tracked Returns service for a limited range of products on the site due to the product dimensions. We feel it is better to offer all customers an amazing price point when ordering from us rather than penalizing all customers by applying a surcharge to cover return postage. Products excluded from the freepost returns service will be clearly labelled. This does not affect your statutory rights. All items can be returned for a full refund within 365 days but for these large items the Free service will not be accepted and the return postage costs are payable by the customer.

  • All goods returned must be in a new and unused condition, and returned with the original proof of purchase.
  • Returned items must be received within 365 working days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
  • Return items received after 365 working days of delivery will not be refundable and will not be credited. Extended for Christmas
  • Please note goods purchased online at surfanic.com cannot be returned at any other Surfanic retailer.
  • Any product purchased from a Surfanic retailer must be returned to that original retailer for a refund or exchange in line with their individual policy.
  • Additional Information - Additional Information – We use the Royal Mail Tracked Returns service. Please note this can take up to 10 business days. If the value of your return is over £150 we recommend paying for additional compensation protection at the post office.

International Returns Policy

Shoreditch Design Ltd is confident that you will be very happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

  • Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you faulty or incorrectly.
  • If you have received an item that is faulty or sent incorrectly, please contact our customer services team via email (customer.services@surfanic.com) or phone +44 1702 560220.
  • We recommend items should be returned via a tracked delivery service to ensure your item arrives at Surfanic.
  • Surfanic cannot accept responsibility for items that are not returned by a recorded delivery courier.
  • Upon inspection of returned products Surfanic will issue a full refund to the payment method used for the purchase minus the original delivery charge.
  • Any products deemed to be used will not be refunded.

International Return Instructions

  1. Complete all the information on the returns note enclosed in your order.
  2. On the Invoice enclosed in your order, you will find a pre-printed returns label.
  3. Complete all the information regarding your return on the returns label.
  4. Attach this sticker to your package and place the completed returns note inside your parcel. If you have the ability to, we recommend taking a copy of this form for your records.
  5. Post the order back to Surfanic. We recommend items should be returned via a tracked delivery service to ensure your item arrives at Surfanic.

2 Year Guarantee

We guarantee all products purchased from Surfanic to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace products, which are shown to be faulty covering a period of two years from the date of purchase, provided that the alleged faulty product is returned to Surfanic where the goods were purchased accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

The product must not have been handled negligently or used otherwise than in accordance with its care instructions or recommended use, and/or any other party has not attempted repairs to the product. Replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original guarantee period only.

This guarantee does not apply to faults caused by natural wear and tear and does not infer any rights other than those expressly set out above. This guarantee does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

By registering any of your personal details with us, you are agreeing to allow us to contact you regarding any of our own products or services. We may pass your details to a third party unless otherwise indicated to by you.

Pricing

All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. We reserve the right to alter or amend these prices at any time and without prior notice.

Prices of goods displayed on surfanic.com may vary from prices displayed in any other authorised Surfanic retailer.

The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.

Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

Your Right of Cancellation

  1. You have the right to cancel the contract from the date the order was placed and up to fifteen working days after delivery, (beginning the day after delivery).
  2. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must provide us with written notice. You must do this by giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. You must write to us at:

  5. You have a duty of care, under these terms, to take care of the goods so that they may be sold again as new. We will claim, from you, for the resulting loss in value for goods not kept so that they may be sold again as new.
