Postage and Packaging

Surfanic Retail Ltd. aims to deliver all items within an acceptable timeframe. However, there may be circumstances beyond Surfanic Retail Ltd. reasonable control which may cause delay. In such circumstances Surfanic Retail Ltd. will endeavour to deliver the goods as quickly as possible or resend the goods if they are declared lost in the post.

Any order placed after 2.00pm may not be shipped until the next working day. Any orders placed after 2.00pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Please note Surfanic Retail Ltd. classify a working day as Monday-Friday 9.00am-5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Deliveries may require a signature on arrival.

If your parcel does not arrive within an acceptable time frame please contact us at customer.services@surfanic.co.uk. Our site is only intended for use by people resident in the United Kingdom and we therefore reserve the right to not accept orders from individual's resident elsewhere.

Roller Bag deliveries - Due to the size of these bags deliveries can take 2 to 3 working days. Tracking is not always available however if you log into your account you can see when the order was despatched.  You can also call our customer support team on 01702 410399.
