Returns Policy

Surfanic Retail Ltd is confident that you will be very happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • All goods returned must be in a new and unused condition, and returned with the original proof of purchase.

  • Returned items must be received within 21 working days of delivery to qualify for a refund.

  • Return items received after 21 working days of delivery will not be refundable and will not be credited.

  • Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the Customer, unless goods have a fabric or manufacturing defect. If this is proved to be the case when goods are examined, then return postage will also be refunded. For your own security, please use a signed-for or trackable service. Surfanic Retail Ltd. cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit when returned to us.

  • Please note goods purchased online at Surfanic.co.uk cannot be returned at any other Surfanic retailer.

  • Any product purchased from a Surfanic retailer must be returned to that original retailer for a refund or exchange in line with their individual policy.

    Your Right of Cancellation

    1. You have the right to cancel the contract from the date the order was placed and up to fifteen working days after delivery, (beginning the day after delivery). 
     

    2. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must provide us with written notice. You must do this by giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.     3. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, you must return the goods to, Surfanic Retail Ltd. 1 Company House Stock Road, Southend-on-Sea,  Essex. SS2 5QF your own expense. You are advised to send the goods by recorded delivery or other traceable means.

    4. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or credit you as soon as possible (within 30 days). We will refund you for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods excluding any extra charges incurred by us as your request (e.g. express delivery costs).

    5. You have a duty of care, under these terms, to take care of the goods so that they may be sold again as new. We will claim, from you, for the resulting loss in value for goods not kept so that they may be sold again as new.
