If you have a problem with a Surfanic product that you purchased from Surfanic.co.uk then send it back to us and we will refund you the postage.

Not only that but we will make every effort to get you a replacement item sent out or a full refund.

Please bare in mind that this only applies to unworn goods.

Returns Policy

Surfanic Retail Ltd is confident that you will be very happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.

All goods returned must be in a new and unused condition, and returned with the original proof of purchase.

Returned items must be received within 21 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

Return items received after 21 days of purchase will not be refundable and will not be credited.

Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Return postage is the responsibility of the Customer, unless goods have a fabric or manufacturing defect. If this is proved to be the case when goods are examined, then return postage will also be refunded. For your own security, please use a signed-for or trackable service. Surfanic Retail Ltd. cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit when returned to us.

Please note goods purchased online at Surfanic.co.uk cannot be returned at any other Surfanic retailer.

Any product purchased from a Surfanic retailer must be returned to that original retailer for a refund or exchange in line with their individual policy.
