Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Card payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.

We are unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Surfanic Retail Ltd. for incorrect, or incomplete details submitted on the website. Orders without this information may not be successfully processed.

Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all instances.

Payment Card Security

We use Protx Payment Provider to give added security for you when making a purchase. We do not hold your credit card details in any form whatsoever. Any other personal details you provide are encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer) security with 128bit encryption to ensure that your details remain secure. Privacy Policy information gathered as a result of your visit, or placing an order on this site, will not be divulged to any third party except for purposes of delivering goods. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of your shopping cart.

Postage and Packaging

Surfanic Retail Ltd. aims to deliver all items within 2-5 working days for orders using standard delivery. However, there may be circumstances beyond Surfanic Retail Ltd. reasonable control which may cause delay. In such circumstances Surfanic Retail Ltd. will endeavour to deliver the goods as quickly as possible.
All next day delivery orders must be received by 2.00pm. Surfanic Retail Ltd. will then aim to deliver these items on the following working day where this option has been selected at the time of purchase. Any orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following monday. Please note Surfanic Retail Ltd. classify a working day as Monday-Friday 9.00am-5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Deliveries may require a signature on arrival.

Free Postage Offer

Free postage available on all orders over £50. Orders will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Packet Post, 3 working days delivery.

If goods are required Next Day, then postage will be charged at £4.99. To receive free postage on your order over £50, please select standard delivery when placing your order.

Tax Charges

17.5% VAT is included in the prices quoted.

Returns Policy

Surfanic Retail Ltd is confident that you will be very happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange. All goods returned must be in a new and unused condition, and returned with the original proof of purchase. Returned items must be received within 21 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. Return items received after 21 days of purchase will not be refundable and will not be credited.

Gift cards/vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Return postage is the responsibility of the Customer, unless goods have a fabric or manufacturing defect. If this is proved to be the case when goods are examined, then return postage will also be refunded. For your own security, please use a signed-for or trackable service. Surfanic Retail Ltd. cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit when returned to us.

Please note goods purchased online at Surfanic.co.uk cannot be returned at any other Surfanic retailer. Any product purchased from a Surfanic retailer must be returned to that original retailer for a refund or exchange in line with their individual policy.

Right of Cancellation

1. You have the right to cancel the contract from the date the order was placed and up to fifteen working days after delivery, (beginning the day after delivery).

2. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must provide us with written notice. You must do this by giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. 3. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, you must return the goods to, Surfanic Retail Ltd. 1 Company House Stock Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 5QF at your own expense. You are advised to send the goods by recorded delivery or other traceable means.

4. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or credit you as soon as possible (within 30 days). We will refund you for any sum that has been paid by you for the goods excluding any extra charges incurred by us as your request (e.g. express delivery costs).

5. You have a duty of care, under these terms, to take care of the goods so that they may be sold again as new. We will claim, from you, for the resulting loss in value for goods not kept so that they may be sold again as new.
