This particular base layer features odlo's Effect technology which means unpleasant smells wont be a problem for you. Silver ions woven into the material prevent bacteria forming and effectively stops smells. This non chemical approach to odor protection is chemical free and very skin compatible.

  This first layer from Odlo weighs 170g/m2 which is incredibly lightweight for a performance top and is ideal for skiing and snowboarding.

  The Effect technology from Odlo stops unpleasant smells from forming on your garments. It does this by Silver Ion fibres being woven into the material of the garment. These non chemical fibres then prevent bacteria forming and in turn prevent smells.

  

  The Warm technology from Odlo is incorporated into Odlo garments that are meant to keep you warm and dry. Garments that have this technology have increased moisture wickng properties to keep your skin dry and in turn warmer. Garments with Warm technology are highly functional and are designed to be used for all kinds of winter activities.

  Nikwax is easy to use
  It's simple to apply. For instance, for clothing just use in a washing machine on a normal wash cycle. Garments do not have to be tumble-dried to activate water repellency and there is no need to wait for a clean, wet garment to dry before waterproofing with Nikwax.
  
  Nikwax is safe to use
  No propellant gases, non-persistant, environmentally safe.
  Not tested on animals.
  Contains no fluorocarbons.
  
  Nikwax keeps you dry
  Nikwax WaterBased products offer higher concentrations of waterproofing agents than aerosol products… up to 5 times more concentrated. Nikwax doesn't require heat to activate water-repellency, unlike fluorocarbon products, therefore works even on garments that can not be tumble-dried. Prolongs the use of gear and keeps you dry and comfortable in wet weather.
