This is a very nice roller bag, but has a dreadful design flaw. When the bag is stood on its end on the ground, if you happen to twist the bag on the ground before you walk off with it on its wheels, which very easily happens the bottom four corners rip as there is no decent protection, Sort this flaw out and it will be a great bag. I have had 4 of these now and because of this flaw they only last a couple of years.

Could be improved to make it even better.
Súper 100 litre bag that I use for scuba trips. I like the ‘clam’ design as I can put more delicate stuff in the hard part and clothes in the soft side. I like the smaller compartment which can be optional. Improvements could be the wheels. Larger wheels to make it more maneuverable (look at Osprey), handles on the sides to make it easier to lift and something to stop it tipping over when full. Otherwise a good travel bag.

Oustanding Customer Service!
I recently left a review about this bag and mentioned the damage caused by the design flaw I outlined. The Customer Service Response outlined their 2 year Guarantee and when I contacted them recently they were as good as their word. I provided proof of purchase and some photos of the damage and the offer of a replacement bag was immediate and hassle free! A truly excellent response to a customer issue.....and if they can sort out the design then they now have a customer for life! Thanks for restoring my faith in customer care for real... rather than in name only from so many companies!

Good.......could be better!
I really like this bag......apart from one very obvious design fault. First the good points...….really distinctive so no trouble spotting this on the baggage carousel! Really well built and love the internal design with very useful compartments. HOWEVER.....the marketing blurb says 'reinforced where it matters'.....but that is patently false....when you stand it up none of the edges which come on contact with the floor are protected.....so within a few uses the edges are ripped / worn or torn....so a bag that appears built to last will in fact only last a couple of years at best......please address this design flaw....it will be a really good bag then!

Great product but faulty
I ordered this roller bag and it arrived within 48hrs, it is a great piece of luggage! I love the compartments and as a solo skier/traveller a bag with wheels is essential, it’s also a perfect size however the trolley handle doesn’t work, it won’t release to extend easily and when finally it does release it won’t contract back. Due to the size of the item a free return is not available. I am not looking forward to the cost of returning this faulty bag!

Spacious bag but...
A nicely made spacious bag, but with 2 major design flaws... The hard plastic wheels are incredibly noisy. No joke, walking down a road people's heads were turned to see what the noise was. On a train platform someone asked me to stop moving so they could hear the announcements! A few extra pense spent on better wheels would be a good idea.
Secondly, when the upper front section is not full, the bag will not stand up. It just flops to the floor.

Fabulous piece of luggage
I've purchased two of these bags. They're rbust, well made and voluminous. Easily fit a fortnight's clobber in them with room to spare. Great bit of kit. Highly reccommended.

Robust and Long Lasting
Had one of these for about 4 years now and it's been used for about 10 ski trips which have included my Ski Boots; my friend was so impressed he bought one too! Only now I'm buying another as one of the corners got damaged but it's still usable. I've tried other manufacturers for Ski trip bags but this one has lasted better than any others hence a repeat order. Throughly recommended and like stated before, an excellent piece of kit.

Excellent and good value
I've had one for about 4 years now and it's travelled the world with me, relatively lightweight but able to hold a huge amount. Mine is getting a bit worn now and I was going to order a new one in red (easy to spot) like my old one but there seems to be only grey/black available now which is a pity - bring back the bright colours!

This is the holdall bag I want! Its capacity is huge. It looks so cool that I wanted to have a trip to somewhere immediately after I received it! It will make me look more attractive than me on my own in the airport LOL. It is a well made bag with strong reinforcement on the back and base (near the rollers). The fabrics look durable and nice. There are pockets on the front for a quick grab of stuff.

Lack of Security features
Got this for sailing so not a huge issue but a shame there are no locking features. Not even holes in zip pulls for padlock. If I were to fly with this I cant secure contents.

I have just used the bag. I filled it up for a 2 week holiday and it was still under the 20 kilo airline limit. Its easy to find everything and even the shirts didn't need ironing. Great kit.

Huge Bag
This bag is huge, be careful not to fill it entirely and then get charged for being overweight at the airport! It's well made, very adjustable and will protect all your stuff. The wheels are good quality and big. And the pattern makes it easy to spot at baggage reclaim.
